The ‘Save to Notion’ extension allows you to easily bookmark pages on the web and add them to your Swipe File. You can also include screen captures to enhance your swipes with specific examples you can refer back to later.

Step 1: Install the Extension

Step 2: Add a form

Open the extension in your browser and click the “add Form” link. This will prompt you to connect a database from your Notion account. Choose “Swipe File | PMM Productivity Hub” to connect your swipe file.

Step 3: Add fields

Next, you will be promoted to add fields to your form. I suggest adding the Tags and Type fields if you want to add that data to your Swipes from within the browser. If not, anything you save using this extension will show up in your Swipe File Inbox where you can always add that data later.

Step 4: Start saving things to your Swipe File

Now, whenever you’re browsing the web and come across something interesting; whether it’s an inspiring example, a resource or template, or content you want to read, just click the ‘Save to Notion’ icon in your browser and add that page to your Swipe File.
